A beautiful setting and good amenities.
No help getting luggage to or from room despite unusual layout. Paid parking only if you have a car.

Beautiful setting and grounds are well taken care of. My room was immaculately cleaned. Staff was welcoming, felt as if I was at home away from home.
Only recommendation was in 3101 the coffee machine indicated it needed to be descaled. Forgot to mention this to the front desk.

I love the natural Pacific Northwest setting. Minutes from the airport yet you feel miles away. The food at the restaurant is of better quality than most hotel restaurants. The airport shuttle was a great convenience. The complimentary snacks in the common area were much appreciated!
Some of the fixtures in the room could use updating. The chairs in the room were definitely worn. Since this is a business traveler/airport access hotel, I was surprised restaurant breakfast isn't available until 7 am.

Large, clean and quiet rooms. Excellent service and restaurant. On the morning of my flight I left my cellphone behind. The airline agent called the hotel for me and after explaining my predicament they retrieved it and sent it on the next shuttle. Excellent teamwork. Above and beyond. Cedarbrook not only the best airport hotel ever but the service exceeds the facilities.

Hard to find any defects. I forgot my cellphone that they delivered in the next shuttle to the airport averting a disaster. Unbelievable teamwork between reception and shuttle driver. I will never forget this. Food in restaurant is good. They even have fernet branca. Rooms big and comfy. Best airport hotel ever, anywhere!
