- Great location as far as being downtown and close to amenities. Although the hotel is very quiet, it¿s on a busy street so I imagine it may be a bit loud on the weekdays.
- The room wasn¿t that great for the price
- The service in the restaurant was poor, room service neglected to bring us a gift that had been sent to us, it seemed under staffed which is understandable

Location, cleanliness, friendly professional staff
Yes I am disappointed with the staff at the Spa . I tried to make an appointment and had questions. Staff was not helpful and accommodating. The time requested was not available and was told that she will call back to update but did not. Unfriendly .
