Rooms could be better maintained. Our room must have needed the door painted but they only did a small, uneven section and you could visibly see it. Just made the room feel sloppy. A couple other minor things also but overall loved our stay

Had to be at the airport at 4am. Location was close. They provided a shuttle and let me leave my car there with no extra charge. Happy hour was enjoyed by my husband. Ate in their restaurant and food was good. Will stay there again if I need to. Staff was helpful and friendly

Since we had to leave early for our plane we didn't get to eat their breakfast buffet. Think it was more than continental.

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was great, reception was nice.

They advertised having a hot tub by the pool. The hot tub has been filled in with concrete. I chose this hotel over less expensive ones due to wanting to use the hot tub. Also, the room was advertised as two room, I thought the beds were in two rooms, not that there was a sitting room and then two beds in a second room

Location is very convenient. Breakfast and managers reception are delicious and plentiful. Almost all staff were super friendly especially front desk, omelet station, and room housekeeping. Room well laid out and comfortable and quiet for sleeping even when halls were filled with loud hyper kids.

The shower curtain would not close and so showers were cold and uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Pool way too crazy with unchaperoned, over the top wild children. Breakfast not frequently enough restocked, cleaned, or staffed for how many people were there this weekend. Elevators not sufficiently working to handle so many guests.

The hotel was wonderful,the staff was friendly and greeted you with a word smile. Their was plenty of room in the lounge for people to sit and not feel like you were on top of one another. The room was spacious and very clean.We did have a problem with the heat, and I had to call the front desk. They were able to send maintenance up right away and were able to fix the problem within 25 minutes. This was at 10:00pm so I was very impressed that they had someone on site. Overall excellent hotel and will definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that when I booked my reservation I wasn’t told the hot tub would not be working I wasn’t told the breakfast Buffett wasn’t going to be provided only boxed which had fruit cups applesauce granola bars and a cappuccino this wasn’t on the website when I booked it told me a wholleeeeeeeeeeee breakfast Buffett I would have never booked I also have a 12 year old autistic child and she wasn’t able to go to sleep until 2 in the morning because the room next to me was loud and very disturbing which I let the staff know the next day and they said they were aware of it
