Clean, quiet (on the second night), and good location.

They charged for parking, which was not previously disclosed. They also had a no parties policy that other guests clearly violated on my first night.

It was the dirtiest hotel we encountered on our two-month road trip. Also in the first room we were given,the bed hadn't been made.In the second room,the toilet paper holder was broken and the pieces were scattered around the bathroom.Furniture was sticky

The breakfast and dining was very very good.. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The atmosphere in general was calming and pleasant!

There was hair and fuzz in the bathroom. PAYING to park in the lot with marijuana smoking going on, and Friday night, a group of teens asked us what are we looking at, when walking to our car. If paying, there should be security.

It was very accommodating & reasonable! I had my mom, 2 cats and a husband in one room and we were very comfortable. It's nice to have 2 connecting doors for the bathroom. One connected to the bedroom, and one connected to the living space. Great overall!

I loved the complimentary reception they had daily. It was a bit unorganized. But, we still enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks!

When you ask for a blanket and a pillow and it?s takes 2 hours. Also when housekeeping takes all towels and doesn?t give you more and you call and are told there is none

Ran out of coffee very quickly. Very overcrowded. Toilets are very low bad for the knees

I was Greeted by hotel employee And he had us in and out he was awesome.the hotel itself was great.We got breakfast.Free parking location was awesome.I will be back.

Our room was very dirty. Didn¿t look like it had been swept at all. I had little kids running around.

This hotel had wonderful customer service! The entire staff from front desk clerks to the shuttle service were conscientious and professional!

The hotel was dated! The paint was chipped on the ceiling. Water leaked from the shower to bathroom floor. It did not have an updated phone charging station. Plus I had to have my hotel key reset twice to get back in my room. Renovations are needed!

Shower was dirty. Regardless of the turnaround needed to prepare rooms for the next stay, better cleaning of showers and floors is need. Mold, mildew and hair in the shower and on the floor make me hesitant to return. The kids running wild didn't help.

I contact them, they answer if the money don't return to your credit card in 7 to 10 business day, contact us again. beside that everything was good, room , cleanliness

Loved having the separated bedroom and spacious sitting area. The TVs were great and the pool was a nice size. The breakfast was amazing with the personalized omelet bar!

Everything was okay. I didn¿t experience any issues aside the elevator wasn¿t as fast as it supposed to. Probably because there¿s a lot of people accessing it. Overall I had a good experience.

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff kind. I've been looking for my place to stay when I visit our company in Ohio and I've been bouncing around trying to find the right hotel where I felt safe. I think I've finally found it with this one.

My last night of the stay it was overtaken by families with kids.Teenagers were running up and down the halls at 11pm screaming and laughing and shooting each other with water guns meanwhile I was there on business and had to get up and go to work next da

Very close to the Venue we were going to. Evening reception was very nice.

I had called the day before to see if we could check in early and was told of course if the room was ready. When we arrived we were told at check out was noon. She did not even check to see if rooms were clean Hot tub was broke and safe not working.

The suites are perfect size. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The dinner reception was a nice touch.

Our room door rattled all night when someone walked by or closed their door. The company we were with got their car stolen in the parking lot.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

There was mold growing on the bathroom vent¿.I did let staff know. Easy to miss with every day cleaning.
