- They got the 3 most important things right. 1. The staff were very helpful and friendly. 2. We felt safe. 3. Our actual room was clean. This would not be my first choice to return to, but I would stay here again if I just needed...a place.
Cons -
- Mold on ceiling of room, no amenities, the carpet in the entire building was filthy. Elevator was down my entire stay. The staff was not knowledgeable about the hotel. This hotel is not the same as when it first opened, it’s a disgrace.
- Again, the things they got right are what I want to focus on. Nothing that wasn't right was an absolute deal breaker. 2/3 elevators were non-functioning. Strong smells of vomit in different places. Many little things that added up to what felt like a lot.
- 2 broken elevators, poor amenities, dark hallways and my first room felt like motel.6.red stain on carpet, black gum stain in carpet and hair in shower. My room was upgraded.

Clean rooms
