I liked the location.

It was very loud and seemed like kids were just running everywhere unattended. It was too crowded for our pleasure. Lines everywhere even on slides or restaurants or registration were so long so be prepared to just wait a long time.We checked out a day early because of a family emergency in the Houston area and explained ourselves plus our situation and even so, they’re not refunding our second night. We explained even our experience there and they didn’t care. Definitely would not recommend as service is mediocre.

Location was perfect for what I wanted. Near to the appointment that I had. I loved the Starbucks, I didn’t eat in the hotel in any restaurant so idk the food there. The room was clean and beautiful, modern. My kid could watch bebefinn in the tv so perfect. Valet parking was great. I loved that they have the holly bible in the room.

Personal in the lobby gave me the brazalete for the water park and they didn’t tell me that was closed because maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy it.

I loved this hotel me and my family have been going here for some years and its such a amazing place.Amazing breakfast,rooms and activities!!! I really recommend this resort for family’s!

The resort has a lot of amenities and the best part was the spa, pool, the drinks and although a little pricey the food we had was good

One of my biggest pet peeves when I stay at a hotel (especially one I’m paying 700+ a night for) is when the bed is uncomfortable. We stayed here years ago and I don’t remember the beds being hard as rocks. We stayed for 3 nights and I woke up with a sore back every night, it was just terrible. We were there for our anniversary so this was a huge disappointment. I would definitely recommend the hotel switching out their mattresses because for the amount of money we spent per night for a king size suite. I was very disappointed and honestly feel we should be compensated a portion of our stay.

Our hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The meals and food selections at Cibolo Moon were very good. All the park, pool facilities and outdoor water activities were most enjoyable.

Honestly, nothing. The entire 2 1/2 day visit was a fun experience .
