Aloft by Marriott Dallas Downtown

My stay here was awful ? they allowed staff members to just walk in on me even with a do not disturb on my door I was alone and feared something bad would happen i will never come to this hotel again did not feel safe

The way they handled no outside alcohol for the weekend. They said nothing when we checked in and then just asked to search our ice chest. Nothing posted or said was really disappointing

Location and size of the suite.

Tvs were way too small for a suite that size. I requested additional towels and never received them.

Clean

Parking. It was unclear on website where to park and how to pay. I paid outside then had to pay inside too. Others in line with us did the same. Room lighting: one switch turned on lights in all areas. The glass wall did not allow for privacy.

Very nice hotel located in the middle of everything. Only a few blocks from Dealy Plaza. Room was huge with very high ceilings which made it feel even bigger. Cool decor. Lobby/bar area great!

Room too small Only one chair in the room-we.are.two Across the whole hotel, nothing that make you feel familiar , attractive with good atmosphere. No flowers in the floors to decorate or other decorations. Bad decoration for the place

Pool was small.

Nothing they would not let me check in because I did t have a credit card and was still charged for the room after the person at the desk said he would cancel the reservation. Instead it showed up as a no show.

For those who are visiting the area, the hotel location is pristine to explore downtown. It has ample interior areas to move with ease

It is a hotel that does not offer own parking but it uses a public parking zone and add a surcharge for it of $ 16.00 per car which is a little high. The trash containers lack plastic bags, so it was hard to be polite and not letting trash all around.

The design and aesthetics of the hotel were very nice, also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of downtown Dallas.

They did not service our room which wasn¿t a huge deal but it wasn¿t communicated.

The style of the hotel was cool. Everything else, literally everything else was absolutely terrible. I¿ve read a few reviews before booking and I have no clue what planet people were on when they were there/ wrote the review.

Hotel was average. Surrounding area FILLED with homeless people. don¿t let Jaxon center fool you. We almost got robbed. Day 2 saw home lady lady poop on Main Street. DONT stay here. Don¿t walk around here. Go uptown and stay uptown. We checked out early

The Aloft Dallas is trendy, inviting, homey, cozy and affordable combined for a stay short or long. They provide guests with small perks such as free parking, complimentary bottled water, and Bliss Spa amenities in the rooms making guests feel welcomed.

The room next door began their party at 4 am -- with a full guesty list of at least 30 people and a Rap Off that started at 4:45 am. When I told the manager, she responded with: "well, did you call the front desk?" No apology. No offer to switch my room.

Overall, I liked the place. Loved the sweet bartender lady! She was so sweet!

I wish it had a balcony. I loved the room. I just felt a little cooped in. But its still good. The shower had quite a bit of a leak. But wasn't a big enough deal for me to complain about.

Outlets were sparse in room, front desk was a little rude

Had some issues with the cleaning in the room. When brought up to management there was no response nor follow up. Extremely disappointing after our 2 day stay.

The hotel has always been great. However My whole wallet was stolen today and I cannot get a key to get in my room. Because the manager is there they won’t let me get in the room and I don’t understand why a reservation with my name on it Is not enoug

The staff is super chill and accommodating.

The lobby coffee is terrible and usually it’s cold. The hotel elevators are super slow and sometimes you get in and push the button multiple times and nothing happens. So you get out and take the other elevator. And the luggage cart is subpar.
