Confortable and clean room

Temporarily out of service elevator made us carry the bags down from 3rd floor...

Nice hotel and very nice people

In the nice room was an old sofa that needs to be cleaned. Same with carpet . Also, there is nothing around (restaurants, supermarket..)

Friendly staff, helpful

One of the reasons to stay here was for free shuttle service. We waited over 30 minutes and ended up paying for Uber to get to the hotel. We had a 6:50am flight and we had to again Uber departure from the hotel, because shuttle doesn’t run until 6:30am.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The space in the room was good. It was clean and perfectly comfortable

The room felt a little run down and in need of a little refurbishment. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud

The Bed was so comfortable did not want to check out. Wanted to stay another dayPool was good very relaxing ? fitness center and pool towels ☺️Our Suite was clean Outdoor lounge was relaxing very nice, beautiful view. Of the lagoon of the water? free shuttle to and from airport quick elevator and free breakfast in the morning was nice

No.Restaurant on site ? Charge ridiculous prices for the food at the bar. Almost $30 for what the 6 wings at their bar. Ridiculous, but they had a small mall that had a market and Burger King and some eateries that the shuttle will take you there for free.But you wonder how to get back huh.. that's yeah hustling bustling to get back

The hurricane made our plans crazy but they accommodated us so well and nice at 6am. The staff was amazing! Clean rooms, good breakfast, free airport shuttle, pool.

Very comfortable and spacious room, well equipped, excellent air conditioning, tv with many channels, renovated bathroom, comfortable pillows, all very good.The service was very good.

The breakfast could be a bit better. It wasn’t bad but could be better with more natural/fresh/healthy ingredients

Check in was quick and easy. There’s wasn’t a roomavailable as we got there early, but we were allowed to use the facilities until the room was ready. The room itself was very clean and smelled good. Bathroom was super clean, which I especially appreciated given the room size . Location is great, Uber to nearby shopping and malls were quite inexpensive.

The lobby chairs need to change, it’s moldy and looks gross especially as it’s the first thing you see walking into the hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy so that instantly dropped a great impression to a mediocre one.The bathroom layout was not well thought out. If you are overweight, don’t even think about going in there as you will not fit.

The employees were professional. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms are exceptionally clean and smell good. Thank you for all your service. I will return in the future.
