- View of the sunset and nile
- Every single person on the staff made us feel like we were VIP even though we were only going to stay for 1 night. Especially the guy at the infinity pool who has been there for 10 years maybe? He did so many kind things for us!
- The setting and grounds are very nice. Most of the staff work very hard to resolve issues and be helpful. Management is aware of guest concerns and responds with rapid and proper remedies.
Cons -
- Food options and the customer service at check in was below average.
- The hotel is in need of a major cleaning. Almost every hallway, door, wall,rug and solid surface,furniture+ decorative hanging are covered in either dust, grime or worse. The hotel rooms are also quite worn from overuse and turnover.
- Wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The location, on the banks of the Nile, the staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. The rooms were clean comfortable and well appointed. I can't say enough good things about them. Great restaurants too.
Wish I could have stayed longer.
