Food options and the customer service at check in was below average.

Every single person on the staff made us feel like we were VIP even though we were only going to stay for 1 night. Especially the guy at the infinity pool who has been there for 10 years maybe? He did so many kind things for us!

The setting and grounds are very nice. Most of the staff work very hard to resolve issues and be helpful. Management is aware of guest concerns and responds with rapid and proper remedies.

The hotel is in need of a major cleaning. Almost every hallway, door, wall,rug and solid surface,furniture+ decorative hanging are covered in either dust, grime or worse. The hotel rooms are also quite worn from overuse and turnover.

Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. The location, on the banks of the Nile, the staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. The rooms were clean comfortable and well appointed. I can't say enough good things about them. Great restaurants too.

Wish I could have stayed longer.

This place offers nothing special, especially the food. Breakfast and dinner buffets were mediocre at best. I was very disappointed since it was a Hilton hotel.

Pool, fitness center. Good Egyptian beer.

Nothing, but there was a mosque near by called to prayers at 0400.

Wonderful food, pool, outdoor spaces, spa, and hotel design. We loved our stay, the staff was incredible! Definitely will stay again.

The staff were exceptional Especially Aya at breakfast and Mohamed at Olives.

We were on the bottom floor and could walk right out to the river. It was lovely. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is perfect with amazing views of the Nile. Pool is good. Great options for the breakfast. Staff are friendly.

Could do with better food/drink options and quality.

The restaurant Silk Route had some good Indian dishes. The decor outside of the rooms was good. Spa masseuse were excellent. One of the servers in the Silk Route restaurant was excellent- prompt in service and also when we had some issue with one of the dishes, he took prompt actions, and did not charge us for the additional dish that we ordered.

Rooms were basic for a 5 star facility. Breakfast buffet did not have the same quality as I have experienced in other hotels of a similar class in Egypt. Apart from the Indian part of the menu, the other Asian dishes in the Silk Route restaurant were unauthentic.

Everything! The hotel was gorgeous! The grounds were beautifully maintained. The hotel was by the Nile River; the view was breathtaking! The amenities were outstanding and the staff was amazing!

Wouldn’t hesitate to come back, great hotel. Beautiful location by the Nile.. beautiful pools and spa. I really liked the room decor, and the Nile view. Concierge helpful throughout in organising taxis (please arrange all these through hotel or risk getting held for ransom by local taxi men).

Constructive feedback only (as I really liked the hotel):Service at the restaurants were inconsistent. Eg I was asked for my room number 5 times at the Thursday night themed dinner. Breakfast could also be improved with less quantity, more quality.Bed was uncomfortable sadly and was two singles merged to form one king size bed.

STUNNING property, exceeded expectations. Extremely kind staff. The breakfast was an amazing spread of food. Prices were reasonable. Love the restaurant… The view was incredible. Spa was absolutely amazing— in fact there is a second pool that is more chill that we really really enjoyed. Only 10 minutes from the airport and very close to all the things we wanted to see highly highly recommend!

SPA WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THE BEST FACIAL, OVERLOOKING THE NILE RIVER. MY MASSUSE EVEN WENT 15 MIN OVER TIME, I WAS SUPER GRATEFUL SHE DESERVED HER TIP. THE POOLS WERE AMAZING. I WENT FOR A 27-PERSON DESTINATION WEDDING AND THE HOTEL SAT US BY THE WATER A FEW NIGHTS ALTOGETHER FOR DINNER IT WAS NICE. THE LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO LUXOR TEMPLE AND KARNAK TEMPLE. STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND REPRESENTED LUXURY. THE MAID MADE FUN ELEPHANT AND SWAN CHARACTERS WITH MY FRESH TOWELS IN MY ROOM DAILY, IT MADE ME SMILE. THE EMPLOYEE WORKING NEAR THE INFINITY POOL OUTSIDE THE SPA MADE US ALL MINI TEDDY BEAR CHARACTERS OUT OF THIS TINY NAPKIN THAT WE ALL TOOK HOME WITH US IT WAS THE SIZE OF MY PINKY FINGER, HE WAS ALSO SO SWEET.

THE ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE THIS RATING A 5 INSTEAD OF 10 IS BECAUSE OF THIS. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED CAUSING ME TO MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT AND COULDNT GET ON NEXT FLIGHT UNTIL 17 HOURS LATER. THEREFORE I LOST BASICALLY AN ENTIRE NIGHT HERE I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR. I ASKED IF THEY COULD PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND THEY REFUSED. I STILL HAD TO PAY EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT THERE. THIS HOTEL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND USUALLY THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST, BUT NOT HERE.

I stay at many five-star hotels, but this really raised the bar: from the moment of check-in, to the manager showing me to my room and luggage soon after, to the experience at the pool… I’m merely asked for towels, and our guide asked us where we would like to sit, expertly dressed the lounger with a towel and pillow. Then I realized he ran over to get a son umbrella for us and carted it over for us.

My only disappointment was that I only booked one night. Don’t make my mistake!

Nothing. It was a fantastic stay beginning to end and excellent staff. I love that they gave us a late checkout at an hourly rate—it was super useful for our delayed flight.
