Loved the quiet room, helpful staff, and we were able to walk to so many places worth visiting.

The room information online stayed the room had a microwave which was incorrect.

Close to everything. Our room was so nice. The breakfast was amazing. I have been to several hotels that offer the free breakfast and none compared to this. Gustavo the server went above and beyond to accommodate us!!!

Pool was out of service that's the only reason for my stay, we booked rooms together but we were on different floors

Everything was horrible. The pool was closed did not say so on the website. Had to pay $50.00 to park my vehicle by valet. Also not stated on the website. TV didnt work in my room was told there is no maintenance employees available so had to move to another room. Had no personal hygiene products for the if you forgot something we got it for you. Breakfast was un able to eat because the only hot eggs that were made and at the section were omelets made with ham. Asked if there was anything else or a way I could get hot eggs without ham was told no we made eggs without ham yesterday so we aint doi g that today. Room i got moved too bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Toilet seat was falling off the toilet where my girlfriend almost fell off soon. She used the restroom plug did not work in tub could not soak in tub and take a bath. There was no vending machines only acces to snacks was at the front desk which was iber priced at $5.00 for a candy bar $8.00 for a 8oz redbull. Ice machine in my floor did not work had to go to lower levels to get ice. All around horrible experience
