- To begin with, the weather was cold - in the 40's. I'm almost 79 and in a lightweight wheelchair. My wife is 77 with back problems.Upon arrival we were assigned to room 315. We unloaded a "cart load" of our gear. We soon learned that the HVAC equipment was not working properly. We called the front desk and they re-assigned us to room 316 (across the hall). Without a cart, we moved everything to the next room. There we found the same issues with the HVAC. The room was cold, but we decided to not change again, as moving everything was too much trouble. We slept in our clothes, under the covers. It was cold and uncomfortable.. The next morning we skipped the shower - too cold. It appeared that the HVAC units were relatively new and had power. None of the relatively simple controls would activate any HVAC activity.

The free breakfast was good
