The location was great and the facilities were good.
The front desk staff need more training on how to work with third party vendors. The reservations were booked with booking and they expected the consumer to deal with the virtual card not working, when in reality that is something that must be handled by the hotel. Their team should know that if there is a virtual card attached, that it is a PRE PAID reservation, rather than a pay at property reservation. Instead of passing the buck, they should have been calling the third party to see why the virtual card SENT FROM THE THIRD PARTY was not working. That is NOT the job of the guest to figure that out.

Breakfast has lots of choices but I would like more if they add boiled eggs in the menu. Room is comfortable and the location is excellent. Shuttle service is awesome. They call the shuttle whenever you are ready. No waiting every 15 or 30 min shuttle schedule.
Nothing to say only I would like boiled eggs since I do not like eggs any other way and I do not eat any other breakfast proteins. Everything else was awesome.

Breakfast wasn't good. Location was very close to metro and other attractions.
Breakfast could be better and provide fresh products with proper plates and utensils. During my stay, there was a construction in the hotel very early in the morning, and I wasn't able to have a nice and quiet sleep.

Location, Gym, beds
Only 2 complaints are that 1 elevator was out of order and the other was sporadic and the breakfast area was fast too small and crowded, however the staff kept up with the food.

The room was spacious and confortable.
The breakfast could have included a little more health items such as veggies, and the coffee was not tasty. Also, it would be nice if the hotel would be more environment concious - use reuseable utensils and plates.

The location is perfect. Near to the Crystal City metro station and surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was also clean and cool. The A/C was great.
The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs.
