Room was clean. Friendly staff. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good

Pillows weren’t very comfortable. Could use a little lighting in parking lot. Although breakfast was good, could’ve had a little more variety. No oatmeal!

Right on the beach. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Close to historic downtown.

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to the beach. The ocean view is ok. Room was tidy and clean. The housekeepers were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was decent.

Having to pay for parking is ridiculous. I didn't see that fee when I was looking to book the room. I personally had a issue with the elevator closing too soon when I went to step out, and it hit me on my shoulder and forearm. One of the front desk clerks was more interested in her phone than serving me when I checked in.

Hotel room is very quiet and clean location is very nice personal is very friendly and location is close to restaurant and shopping. It is 300 feet from beach.

LOCATION! Such a quaint little beach community. Literally steps from the most gorgeous beach (~2 minutes walk). Super safe area that made me feel comfortable walking to the beach in the dark by myself to watch the sunrise over the beach (highly recommend doing this!) Loved having Surfside Kitchen & Publix to walk to right across the street. 10 minutes from historic downtown. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff all around. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!

Breakfast is seriously lacking. The only good thing was the waffles. The eggs, potatoes, and bacon were pretty bad and the milk for cereal was always warm, so we had to ask for new milk every morning. I wish the breakfast aligned with how great this hotel is.

First Brooke at the front desk was super helpful and wonderful. The location is excellent. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, Publix, and at least 2 restaurants so did not have to leave the area if we did not want too. Free Breakfast was served every morning which was good with an assortment. There was an assortment of breads/muffins, an egg option, a breakfast meat option, cereal, oatmeal, waffles. Juices and Coffee/tea also available. Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel. I had to bring my cat due to eye issues and medication. They give you a tag for your door so that housekeeping is aware of your pet. Pool is small but clean and was nice to relax in when not at the beach.

They ran out of bacon the first day I was there for breakfast.

The location proximity to the beach is outstanding. The staff are very helpful and professional. The room is very nice and clean. The breakfast is plentiful.

They didn't have enough luggage cart.

Beds are super comfy. Breakfast good. Free bikes to use. Spacious room.

It’s ageing. We had to evacuate for a fire alarm and the door handle on the door to the stairs was barely useable. The hotels own response to questions on booking.com listing states parking is free for guests but when we arrived it was $16 usd. I questioned it based on booking.com and was told it was bad luck and that response is not current. I suggested they update their question responses but got no reply.
