Pros +
- Everything but no heat at breakfast.
- Breakfast was great. Access to the Garage was great. Location was great. Staff was great.
- Staff were helpful and very friendly. Rooms and common areas were very recently updated, clean and comfortable. Fitness center was modern and clean.
Cons -
- During a winter storm, no real heat in the lobby at breakfast.
- Bed was not comfortable to stiff. Shower not wide enough to stand in comfortable facing shower head, it was to small. Phone to call down to room service didn't work.
- Thee fact that in America everything is covered in plastic and from plastic. The plates and coffe mugs were recyclable but we got plastic knives and forks all in their own plastic covering.This is not a reflection on this specific accommodation as you get it everywhere In a world where we try to recycle and save - America is overrun with plastic everywhere.
