Pros +
- Great location. Close to train station and metro.
- The staff was very friendly and inviting. They were very helpful and provided a warm atmosphere.
- Location, parking, great staff. Room overlooking street that was decorated for Christmas.
Cons -
- The mattress was awful! Did not sleep at all because the mattress was so bad. Wasted money. Should have stayed elsewhere. Asked for toiletries, never received them. The shower had nothing. Should have been caught my cleaning staff before we checked in.
- The room was very clean but in need of some repairs that I would expect to be done for a hotel that costs over $--- a night. There was nothing significantly wrong with the room and it was very clean. It just needed some TLC.
