The room was clean. The breakfast was not bad. It was different every day.
No one cleaned our room. The fan of bathroom was too loud and it couldn’t be off. The bathroom had very bad smell.

The room was clean and well organized
The room needs more light. The GPS doesn’t indicate effectively the entrance, it sends people to the proposed behind.

The location is excellent, close to several shops, a nice mall, train and bus station.
There was a very unpleasant smell coming through the vent in the bathroom.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The facilities were modern and everything was clean. The breakfast had a variety of options and they always made sure that everything was refilled when empty. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and modern. There were towels in case you didn't have yours. It was very convenient to have a fitness room too with a variety of machines. There were coffee machines near the reception with many options to have it. There is a shopping center including a Ross and Burlington nearby so that helped too. The bus stop and metro station were a few minutes on foot so that's important in case you don't have a car. We really enjoyed this hotel and would certainly come back in the future.
One elevator stopped working two days after we arrived and was never fixed at least during our stay. The TV should have more options for streaming platforms, it's basically live TV and Youtube.

The room was good and clean. Breakfast was good.
The curtain rail was not fixed properly and the curtain didn't close well.
