The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The plastic cover under the shed on the bed swear they should use a thicker sheet to maybe prevent this

Really great experience. Favorite part was the lady providing all the breakfast food. She was a real pick-me-up and did a great job.

Some problems with the bathroom ceiling, but I know they are renovating and have not yet got to our floor.

Well kept. Very clean outside and yard. Excellent full breakfast. Very nice staff.

We've almost always had good experiences at Hampton properties. This was no exception. A couple of minor glitches when we extended our stay, but overall a good experience.

The room that we had was facing a VERY busy street. Traffic noise was louder than typical.

The room was very comfortable and attractive, extremely clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was a really nice location.

My wife commented that she didn't like the thin pillows.

Rooms were clean air conditioner worked well kids enjoyed the pool and the continental breakfast was nice including the fresh fruit and variety it was convenient to getting to all locations in Tulsa

The location was great.

I was charged a $150 smoking fee when nobody smoked in the room. After speaking with management they refused to refund me the charge and refused to provide evidence other than the housekeepers word. That same housekeeper that gave my husband dirty looks.

The Staff, location, and facility were all good and as we anticipated at booking. We would recommend this hotel and use it again ourselves.

The shower hose was leaking at the top, spraying cold water when trying to adjust it. The bracket was also damaged and unusable. Although I think the carpets were clean, there was a large stain in the middle of the floor.

Hampton always has comfy beds which is why I generally choose to stay at the Hamptons when traveling

I was charged twice for the room. When brought to the front desks attention I was met with a very defensive rude dismissive and suspicious acting woman the morning of my departure. I believe she is probably doing this to others. I would not recommend

This hotel was very clean and comfortable! The lady at the front desk was very nice! And the hotel also had a pleasant smell!!

Friendly front desk. Check in was easy. Room was clean and what I expected.

The hotel location wasn¿t bad as it¿s not too far from the airport or any local businesses and restaurants. Traffic wasn¿t horrible and easy access in and out of the hotel parking lot. Cleanliness and staff was friendly and polite.

One concern is Toilet wasn¿t functioning properly as it had to be flush a couple times before it actually flush completely.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Since we were traveling to a bridal shower, we needed to wrap last minute gifts and of course had no scissors or tape! The front desk willingly loaned us everything we needed. I would very highly recommen

Would have been nice to have regular bacon or sausage on the breakfast buffet. The day I stayed the only choice was turkey sausage.
