room was fine, breakfast fine, location fine, everything good except check in. clerk said card declined but were booked over one week in advance with same card. she didn't seem to care one way or the other. card had just been changed as to exp. date and sec. code, but clerk didn't bother to ask about that.

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, easy access to I-40, prompt response to any concerns or requests..

The bed is almost too firm.

The room was updated, clean and the pillows were great! The opposite of Best Western where we stayed a few weeks ago. Everyone was friendly and the property provided a list of restaurants and when they are open, which was great.

The breakfast and the area could be better. There should be a sign is that if you're finished with breakfast, let someone else have the table. If you want to talk when others could use a table, go to the lounge area. The little tables in the breakfast area need to be replaced with much bigger tables, so that when it is crowded, you can actually eat there. No bacon but sausage? What if you don't like sausage. Also, label what type of muffins you have to offer. And you really need to get better coffee; it was not very good.
