The hotel was luxurious and immaculate, the room was big and well fitted, the staff was very nice

The Rooms are nice, Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Concierge team is excellent!! Location is great and you feel in the middle of the city. Some good restaurants are nearby which makes it easy on food choices. Breakfast was decent.
Overall it is a good property so I dont have any negative views.

Room was great except for a fire sprinkler making a buzzing noise in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed Alvin at the bar. Hostesses and front desk staff friendly and helpful.
$25 martini?, $20 for two black coffees because the lobby coffee was gone by 9am?, a wrong charge on our bill from someone who had a tequila lunch and charged our number (I realize that can happen and they did reverse the charge). Drinks just too pricey.

Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and everything else was clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Especially the staff in the MKT restaurant, they were very kind. Food was also delicious! I liked everything about Four Seasons except the homeless situation on and off Market street but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Rooms were spacious , beds super comfortable. Very quiet rooms.
Needed an extra toiletry and the hotel didn¿t have it. They usually have these in lower stars hotels ( extra toothbrush, toothpaste , aspirin etc ). Room was not ready for us at check in time.

The windows on our "room with view" were dirty, which took away from our enjoyment of the view.
