Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Intl Drive

The view from the room

The "breakfast" was not your standard hotel breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, tiny pancakes, cold cereal and fruit.

The view was exceptional and the distance from certain stores and such. The hot tub was relaxing.

The food/breakfast, staff was not diversed enough to speak English. The tv (tech) needs to be updated, and furniture had a stain inside it

Location

Walk into room from the street. Pool closed and hot tyb closed

Location and price

check in in the new lobby but given a room in the old out dated part of the hotel. Show me the new hotel but don't get a room there. Parking was a challenge

Location, view

We felt the springs in the mattress, hot water was spotty, tv was too small, bathroom faucet was broken

No parking fee

Staff, room, room door faced outside, tub leaked, phone didn?t work, door didn?t close all the way, keys would stop working every 2-3 days, lamp plus was broken.

The lobby was nice

We were put in the second tower, the room had old carpet and smelled like mold. We immediately left and asked for a different room at the reception. Other room didn't smell, but carpets are old, bathroom needs a remodel. Breakfast wasn't great neither

location

Only the building where the lobby was located had doors to room accessible from the inside. The other rooms (which we stayed in) were like a motel, with rooms only accessible from the outside. Additionally, their paperwork for deposit misleading.

Breakfast, clean, 5 min from universal, view was gorgeous

No coffee maker in room

Multiple items did not meet our expectations on this trip including the customer service at the front desk during check-in as well as elevators not working keys not working for our rooms. The bar is not a cash bar. The pool only open to 8. Breakfast ick

Great location, near everything.Customer service was excellent.

Room doors not closing properly. There was a cockroach inthe bathroom. The wrorst of all was the breakfast due a little variety.

Location, pool, friendliness of staff. Covered parking.

No brochures of local activities, charged me wrong amount for security deposit, but refunded quickly after checkout. Breakfast buffet area too small for amount of guests. Television outdated, poor picture.

Location was very good

Staff weren't friendly specially reservation, when we arrived after 2:00 pm.she checked our reservation and told your room is ready and if you want use the room you need to pay more because our time of checking is 4:00 pm, it was unfair

Front desk - very helpful and kind. Wanted to make sure everything was great. Location and pool were very nice.

Housekeeping only replenished towels and took care of bedding once during our 7 night stay. Linens were thin and didn't hold to mattress. We didn't like the pool and bar closing so early (8:00pm). Lengthy wait times for the only elevator in operat

the pool

systems were down constantly, door to open hotel room barely worked and green light didn't turn on when unlocked, hotel room ac unit smelled funky, shower would turn off randomly when taking a shower, hotel staff seemed clueless half of the time.

Cleaning was great

No wifi lost 2 days of work, washer works but not the dryer, got trapped several time on the 10th floor once my wife and son on ground floor and had to wait for someone to come to get to the 10th floor breakfast no meat only bread and boiled eggs.

Location

The breakfast was not good, hard boiled eggs pancakes and toast.....no meat served in the 6 days we stayed. Front desk was not a pleasant experience. Hotel employees very rude. TV did not have a clear picture. Laundry was a nightmare dryer did not dry

The staff was friendly and helpful. After taking to them about the bugs they upgraded us to a suite and that was a better. It was closer to 3.5 stars.

The pool/hot tub closed at 8 pm. We expected we were getting 3.5 star hotel the lobby looked as such, we were in west tower which was not up to expectations the room had bugs crawling on bed, bathroom, & tables.

Everything was walking distance

The breakfast could be better, also the pool and hot tub need to be empty and cleaned out.

The location of the hotel is great, close to lots of places to eat and fun activities.

The hotel does not live up to its name as a Resort because it definitely is not. The "hot" breakfast they say they offer was terrible. All they had hot were pancakes and hard boiled eggs. I have definitely eaten better at other hotel chains. Very Unhappy
