Hotel has breakfast room...and lounge ..and pool

Manager is incredibly rude. Hotel fraudulently states renovated ..when in fact the entire hotel is not renovated

What i liked about this hotel ,is it was comfortable and clean, and beautiful.

What i didn't like was, the breakfast was really plain, it was mostly plain, and people were taking multiple items and making people wait in line for some time. Recommendations: you should add scrambled eggs, bacon, and croissants, and another recommendation would be to add more channels/ accessible apps on the TV.

Room was spacious and clean.

The staff was not very professional,parking around the hotel was a mess, the trash bin overflow smells bad by the elevator., breakfast was awful .

Lobby was very nice. Rooms were spacious. Location was close to everything. Breakfast was ok.

All the ice machines were broke, the maids didn’t speak any English so it was hard to ask for towels and trash removal. Room phone was broke. Breakfast needs to be switched up.

We had cockroaches in our bedroom, they changed my room lock and did not notify me and breakfast was very bad

Overall, the hotel is quite good and fully corresponds to its three-star rating. The bed is large and comfortable, there’s a fridge and a shower – everything is there and works perfectly.

There were ants in the room. On the first day there weren’t too many, so we didn’t react. On the second day, we had a meal and left the leftovers in the trash — which was more our mistake. In the morning, our room was taken over by ants marching to and from the trash can for the food remains… We called the reception and said that there were ants in our room trying to finish our breakfast. They told us to put the trash bin outside the door, and that was it.Besides that, the room had an old and very noisy air conditioner. It wasn’t very pleasant to sleep at night, but still tolerable.

The room itself was clean.

Housekeeping didn’t come at all and we were there for 3 nights. There was trash all over the parking lot and stray cats. The breakfast bar was also bare. All they had was donut holes, bread, and cream cheese. There also was zero parking and you had to park in the fire lane so if there was an emergency we would all be screwed.

Location is great, nice hotel view, lots of dining at walking distance, super clean room, good AC, great beds. Nice pool.

Our rooms door was hard to open. It wasn't until the 2nd night we figured out you need to open the door handle up.... also didnt like how there was no parking one night and I had to park in front of arcade. Breakfast was very mediocre.
