Air conditioning wasn’t working

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights and we truly had a great time. We also made use of the gym and I highly recommend the spa experience — very professional and excellent value for money. We will definitely come back.

Mattress was a bit old and toilette was not perfectly maintained (clogged sink and shower full of limescale)

The hotel staff welcomed us with warmth and they have been very polite throughout our stay. The room was really spacious, very clean and was cleaned daily thereafter. We will be visiting again for sure.

The property is clean and the staff are very helpful

There is no electrical socket by the bed side only one socket in the room and we have to wait in turn to charge our phones and they only left plastic disposable cup in the room with no kettle have to request for one.

The hotel offers free parking. The room is small but clean and cozy. Breakfast is excellent, and the check-in process was quick and efficient.

It was really clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was Great. And there were so many parking spots. Good place if you are traveling by car.

It's our second time here (and not the last time).It's a great hotel between Bergamo and Milan—accessible from airports and very easy to get to places like Monza, Milan, Bergamo, etc.The staff is charming, and there is a great breakfast.

It was hot in the room. The AC in the room couln't reach yhe disired temperature. It was over 26 degrees all the time.

The hotel is located just outside Milan and in a good location if you want to reach Milan or visit the north of Lombardia. in our case it was chosen as being close to a place we needed to visit in the north. The room has a good size and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a good option of different food.

As in many hotel there are room that are better than other rooms. We may have been just unlucky but if I should judge the hotel by what we get, then there is no way the hotel is a 4 star. The roof above the shower was ruined and not sure how to described it but there was a hole and something looking like mould. The commands for the air conditioning were not working and we struggled a bit during the night. Non era a disposizione un ferro ed asse da stiro. A very large room for a family of 6. Location was near supermarket and restaurants. Not too far from the airport. Breakfast was fair.

The location is easily accessible and has free parking. The staff was very kind.The room was very clean, equipped with a TV and refrigerator, we received a bottle of water for free. The bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels, hair dryer, free toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful, with many options, including fruit and dessert. All in all, it was a good choice!

We arrived at the location in the evening and the air conditioner was on in the room. It was 18 degrees in the room. Even though it was 29 degrees outside, the temperature difference was very big. Even in the restaurant, at breakfast, all the air conditioners were on, which made the location very cold.
