Pros +
- The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast options are quite good.
- Can not complain about the cleaness and location.
- The room was much larger than I expected. I was overjoyed when we walked through the door!
Cons -
- The facility is in good order overall. Some lobby furniture is worn out. One of the elevators rumbled between floors two and three. The hallway outside my room was noisy at times.
- I have never experienced anything like this before. I have always used the hotel room phone to cancel and check out of rooms before. I used there phone in the room to cancel my following day and also use the same phone to check out. They say you can't.
