The room was clean
The curtains allowed too much light from outside the room. The room was bright when we tried to sleep

The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast options are quite good.
The facility is in good order overall. Some lobby furniture is worn out. One of the elevators rumbled between floors two and three. The hallway outside my room was noisy at times.

We were greeted from the beginning. The facilities and room were clean.
We had to leave early and I was told negatively that breakfast would be at seven. Also on a different note our rooms shower should be finished differently so in the future there will be no water damage around the area.

This is a nice hotel and the room was situated conveniently. We were here for a medical procedure and it was close to the facility.
