Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Wonderful location! Wonderful staff! The grounds are lush & tropical. It's a relatively small resort, (roughly only 80 rooms), so it's never crowded. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The beach was pristine! The food was excellent. Relaxing.

The rooms were clean, but in need of updating. (did not detract from our experience).

Loved the treehouse cabins, comfortable bed, tropical grounds, hummingbirds, pina coladas, plentiful food choices, The Lotus Leaf, pool, beach/water activities, and the friendly staff. Special thanks for the delicious champagne sent for our anniversary!

The facility fumigated on the last two days of our stay. Would have liked to been informed so we could have been away from those areas while they sprayed.

This a small laid back resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. It¿s not a party place, more romantic and friendly. The entire staff is fabulous! The beach is a very short walk across the street and is absolutely the best beach ever!

The friendly staff and overall beauty of this location and beach. We have stayed here many times and it keeps calling us back.

Certain areas of the resort smelled like sewage/outhouse - would be helpful if better contained, a few machines in the gym were broken or non- functional

This is a unique spot. If you¿re looking for hi-rise luxury with 100s of people, it¿s not here. Quiet, relaxing and a great getaway.

Not really!

The staff was excellent as usual. The resort is very clean. Food and drinks were good. Very peaceful resort great for solo travelers like myself.

Pool was closed which I knew ahead of time, but I was expecting it to reopen on September 30th. The pool area was still being worked on when I left October 2nd.There was 1 restaurant open for dinner due to few guest on the resort.

Seemed as if the liquor was watered down, could drink 3 drinks...nothing...go to bar next to resort, paid for the drink and was buzzed from 1 drink. Even asked more liquor put in my drink, saw staff add more,but still nothing, conclusion Lil to no alcohol

The beach area was amazing.

Rooms could use a little upgrade. Our bathroom had some broken fixtures which were fixed while we were there. I also think windows with screens would be nice. I did quite a few bug bites. There were a couple large gaps in the windows and balcony door.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were all very welcoming, very attentive and very invested in all the guests. We were in a rental car so every time leaving the hotel they would give suggestions and say which areas or stores were safe.

The only thing I did not like was the very limited lunch menu, made the stretch to dinner time feel very long some days

Love the grounds and the room. The eating areas and bar areas are beautiful. Food was delicious and the staff are the best. Love the beach, bar and grill area.!)

The cushions all over the hotel need updating, look old. The beach grill restaurant takes way too long to get your food. Not enough staff getting food ready. Staff very good, but too many orders for small staff.

Exceptionally beautiful location, excellent service. All staff were amazingly, genuinely helpful and kind.

There were two things that I did not like: 1). only one restaurant and one buffet were open 2). the entertainment 5 nights a week was the same mediocre piano player.

Having stayed here 3 previous times, we expected to enjoy the staff's friendliness and service, and we did! The location is awesome, and is unlike the typical resorts you’ll find in Jamaica or most anywhere else.The beach and ocean water is outstandin

Amazing staff and beautiful private beach!

The STAFF, THE STAFF, THE STAFF! THEY TREATED US LIKE ROYALTY. IT WAS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME THEY EVEN PACKED US LUNCH WHEN WE WENT ON EXCURSIONS.
