  • Friendly and helpfu staff

  • The location is great right in the middle of the old port. The valet parking was also super helpful.

Cons -

  • The only optoin for parking is Valet but that is consistent with other hotels in the area.
  • $40 parking is a bummer
  • Our original king suite room had a VERY strong smell of cinnamon,which gave an immediate sense of burning of the eyes & throat.We were downgraded to a different room and the staff was unapologetic. The staff was very unwelcoming
