Convenient to everything. Room was clean. I got text messages each day to see if I needed anything. Prompt delivery of towels when needed. Would stay here again. Also loved the valet parking.

Pleasantly surprised. Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff, cozy interior. Breakfast could be a bit nicer, and maybe more tables in the restaurant not to wait for almost 40 mins to sit down, but other than that everything is great.
Size of the restaurant. Luck of larger towels in the pool area. All towels were tiny like a hand towel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.
I was bothered by the drug community outside the doors. I saw a few very disturbing issues outside the hotel doors. I saw two people having sex across the street, men peeing on walls, an albino python wrapped around a guys neck, and many inappropriate looks. This population makes the property feel less safe. Homelessness isn’t dangerous, but watching homeless people injecting drugs in public is disturbing and feels unsafe on vacation.

The location was great, easy check in and nice rooms.
We had an issue with water leaking onto our ceiling from the room, but maintenance came quickly and we were kindly moved to another room.
