Hotel Saint-Amour

Good location. Affordable. Note that this is truly a "love hotel". I would say it's for newlyweds or partners who want a lot of intimacy. The toilet and shower door in our room was transparent and there's a tub next to the bed. <smile>

Main problem is the ceiling height, it’s quite limiting, and you basically can’t stand in the bath, room #6 Also they could better explain that the check in is in the main hotel and not on the hotel itself

I did have an issue on my final night in that I had to be moved rooms due to the electricity stopping working.

Our water was cold the evening and next morning. The room was not we expected from the description about a spa bath etc. They just gave any room available not as you book.

Nice room, great location

In the evening a lot of noice from the restaurant downstairs.In the early morning a lot of noice from the cleaning team with keys, doors, cleaning and drying machine.

Everything! Breakfast is in the sister hotel over the road, it's 5 ☆ and amazing.

The room was too small for being considered a suite and the bed was small and extremely uncomfortable. Room was not sufficiently sounds proofed

Location was good, rooms were good. However, my brother's room was right above a bar and he had noise from that bar.

Administration is a mess: I received by now 7 e-mails asking me to check in online. 2 of these e-mails were after my stay. I have mailed about it and told the lady at the reception, but they keep coming. In addition the invoice was wrong.

Good location in Durbuy. Facilities OK. Room OK.

Long waits for staff to turn up at reception. We were given an attic room with space constricted by low, sloping roof/ceilings -constant risk of concussion!

We needed to go to another hotel for check out and I didn‘t know. I contacted by a phone set in the entrance of the hotel, but nobody answered and needed to call several times. When I called first time, said the staff will come soon, but nobody came and 2 nd time when I reached the staff, she said I have to come to another hotel for check out. I wasted 30mins for that.

We had the room with the ensuite bubble bath (for 2 persons) which was truly a delight! Wonderful room. Hotel is located at the main square and they have their own carpark. So location is good, service as well, all the facilities you need are there, so you are good to go for a 2 day stay in cute Durbuy.

The Jakuzzi was functionally good, but made access to the toilet difficult and potentially dangerous.
