- Proximity to shops, buses and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Found everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Staff very polite and there was always at least 1 staff member who spoke English. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit
- Our room had a balcony overlooking the Zen garden. Breakfast was terrific, and so was the coffee. Amenities were just what we needed. Easy walking to old downtown. Staff was amazingly helpful with booking our tour to the Furnaz and small hot springs.
- I chose this hotel because they advertised an airport shuttle which did not exist.

It was a nice oasis in the busiest city in the Azores. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful!
