Nice comfortable room and lots of options in terms of areas to sit and relax. Spa was very nice.
The standard of the food in the lobby bar and Primo restaurant was poor. Much better in H&H.

Very polite and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom which was particularly quiet.
I would have preferred the restaurant opening time for breakfast to have been half an hour earlier.

Staff were generally fabulous. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well run. Enjoyed the walks around the resort where the grounds were immaculate.Would thoroughly recommend Highball and Harvest restaurant, casual but really great food!
Book restaurants early, the concierge was not helpful with booking restaurants in the hotel. Lack of places to eat at the resort. Tried to get into ‘Knife and Fork’ restaurant all week, eventually got in for a particularly early supper, only time slot apparently available and the place was nearly empty, little bit too self important.Knife and spoon restaurant was very overrated and over priced, really would not bother.

Bedding was amazing. They updated the rooms since I last stayed several years ago - way more modern. Great hotel.
The AC was on a sensor and in the middle of night would shut off.

The lazy river at the JW Marriott and the newly updated room. It was a great location.
Makeup smudge on headboard when we arrived. Housekeeping cleaned the room at 4:00 and then left without getting us new towels. We had to call down to the front desk 2x for new towels so we could shower before dinner.
