First of all I just got Over Food Poisoning from my Stay. call me asap 770.363.2366 Horrible stay Old Hotel No hand towels in room Did not restock items Promised Massages... Staff unprofessional Ruined my 3 day get Food Alleegy feed poison

The variety of food options available and the tours they have available for purchase for guests.

Our wristband was blocked from entering our room before noon and limited carts available to pick up guests for the late night functions, and no airport transportation to and from hotel.

Nothing I hate this place and it¿s staff

Dirty room. Front desk doesn¿t answer or help. Cleaning stuff does not clean, food gave us good poisoning . Please contact me for further incidents in detail

I wish they did a little better job cleaning before we arrived and taken care of the plants a little better. There were a couple beer caps and cig butts we found in the outdoor shower

Rooms are very modern and didn't have the usual damp smell of Mexico resorts. Tap water was filtered and drinkable, superior toilets. Resort was very well kept and staff super friendly. Excellent variety for meals. No reservation required for restaurants.

The luggage is not kept in locked room while waiting for departure or after arrival while waiting for room to be ready. It was organized and tagged with bell boy services but still was outside in open area (nothing was stolen though).

Big hotel, great beaches, good gym, good restaurants

3 out of about 12 of my friends/family booked a room and got different than booked, some of us got accomidated the 2nd day, no appologies nothing, nothing done to correct this, made to feel as if this happens all the time- like we were the inconvenience

Housekeeping could do a better job.

It was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was very very friendly. You got tons for your money too!

Activity center was good with equipment for all sports, though some facilities needed a repair (ex: mini golf)

Food was good not great in terms of quality and variety. Hard to manage reservations for a large group

Great swimming pools. The kids area/water-park is vey nice and safe for kids.

There were some areas under construction/maintenance. The beach was more windy than usual and with "sargazo".

Rooms were always well kept, beds made towels stocked. I loved all the pools. I never had difficulty finding pool chairs. There were plenty of restaurants and buffets. Most staff very pleasant.

I didn’t like all the mini ants in our bathroom. Our mini fridge was not stocked every day. I finally called on the third day, and It was promptly stocked. I didn’t like the fact that I had to call for blankets for the bed. Finally, one of the nights at the sports bar, an employee wouldn’t serve one of the people we were traveling with because he didn’t have tip money for that drink. We traveled with 13 people and were tipping all the time. It’s an all inclusive resort, tipping is not required.

Food was good. Pool was big and lots of loungers. Nice bathroom in hotel room. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurants were good.

Really hard to book dinner reservations. Can only book 2 days in advance and need to be in line at the lobby at 730am to make a reservation before they sell out. Long lines up for breakfast and lunch buffets. Rocky beach, definitely need water shoes to go in the water. Small area where swimming is allowed in the ocean. No blanket in hotel room.

The property is in a beautiful location and the common areas are very well done and feel luxurious

The rooms seem outdated, did see some mold in the bathrooms, and the bed/couch were extremely uncomfortable. The bed did not even have a comforter, just a light sheet.

Disappointing

Not going back ever again

The room tv and fridge was not working, telephone no cable. Couldnt call front desk had to walk about 20 mins to the front desk and gave us a hard time to change rooms

The location is good, the food was great, the personnel was in most cases good, beach area was ok.

The collonial room was horrible with a bad smell in the bathroom and mold. We asked on the counter desk for crib, for blankets and no response... had to come few times to get a blanket. And they said that it has not been updated and it is what it is... No charge ports in the room
