Eurostars The Boxer Hotel

The hotel is really outdated and needs a renovation desperately. The shower was gross, and the staff didn't take out the trash when cleaned the room, but did take the used towels without leaving any new ones.

Check in process was easy. Person who checked us in was friendly.

?Climate controlled AC?. It was 85� in our room up until about 10pm. The hallway was cooler than our room. I asked the receptionist about it and she told us that its how the hotel is due to the climate controlled ac, although the lobby was nice and cool

parking was a pain would have paid for valet, room very small, noisy next to elevator, and city noise

The only issue we had was a fire alarm, well the low battery beeping, in a room down the hall started going off at an ungodly hour and kept going off for over an hour. Hotel staff should have been much quicker to respond to this issue.

Room, location

Thin walls, inadequate sound proofing. I would recommend this hotel but consider bring ear plugs.

The hotel was in a very accessible location to get to many different places by walking.

I didn't like that I had to pay to park at the garage. I wish the hotel had free parking.

The staff and employees are very friendly and helpful!

It is an older place, needs some updating. The room was dark and old looking. It was clean and neat. The beds were old and need newer mattresses.

We used public parking and the woman at the desk did not offer us validation. We were there for 20hrs and they charged us 98$ for parking. When I called the desk after paying the same woman said she could not help us. P

Door not closes and locked at night - staff not at front desk . No bell captain - absurd $69 resort fee

Rooms are very small and thin walls. Also multiple days they don't restock your coffee.

Lack of vending options. Mini bar WAY OVER PRICED. Had walk 2 blocks get vending type items for a third of mini bar price.

Hotel did not advise on parking situation.?.there is none. Parking garage is close by, but the website does not advise on this.

They paid for Parking, the restaurant was good, it?s just the rooms te to small.

No luggage holder, rooms are very small.

- charged too much (instead of the agreed blocking more than three times have been charged and no refund, no invoice was sent. As the elevator was out of order, we had to use the stairs to carry our luggage ourselves to the lobby without any help.

Proximity to TD

The beds were insanely uncomfortable. Slanted and worn. The tv hutch frame made it near impossible to see the screen from many angles. The room size was too small for two beds. Only 6 inches between bed and furniture. Next to elevator, need to sound proof

Excellent location, especially if coming to Boston for the TD Garden

Staff was lackluster. Nice in appearance, clean and well dressed. Overall friendly but not great, very lazy for the cost of the stay.

Parking was a hassle. The hotel charges your room 40.00 and then gives you a receipt to bring to garage. It was not explained well and if you lose it or don't scan it correctly you pay --- plus the 40.00 for 24 hours. The room was very small.

Proximity to places to see/eat/drink/tour in Boston.

One elevator made it difficult to get in/out quick. Sometimes, we used the stairs because the elevator was taking too long.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

There is not a ramp at the entrance for luggages.

The staff was absolutely amazingI had the pleasure of interacting with several team members, and every single one was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
