Location.

Rooms were very out-dated and AC was very very lound. Not 4 star hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Parking was confusing. No microwave in the hotel

The daytime staff, aesthetics and cleanliness.

No one available to assist guests during late hours, which can be frustrating in case of emergencies or unexpected needs. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you value tranquility, but be prepared for limited access to services.

Proximity to Universal Orlando

$35 for parking not disclosed when I made the reso.

Front desk should have explained properly how their vacation / hotel fees work, they said its credit to your account whereas it is already a charge on your account which needs to be used daily, if you are checking in late then it is lost money.

Great layout- great amenities, especially the outdoor family area.

Additional fees were excessive. Had originally seen no charges listed for parking ($35 dollars a day per vehicle) plus a resort fee of $15 dollars per day per room, which we were told was "use it or lose it", but if it was not used was charged to you

Rooms are NOT as described, no sofa bed Facilities are broken, old, & dangerous No AC No follow through by employees to do what they said This is NOT a 4-star hotel. How Marriott has not removed the ?Tribute Collection? from the name is beyond me.

We have stayed here many times, but we will try and different hotel next time.

The water was not working when we checked in and the staff failed to tell us the ac was not working either.

The hotel was nice all around.

My room had no AC. I told the front desk and they were going to send a tech over and the ac was not fix. They told me they were going to reimburse me for 1 night. "They did not". Very disappointing ?

Clean and Location!

Pool was freezing, The listing did mention heated pool. Low to no Pool towels at pool side

The location is amazing and the hotel is relatively clean.

Maintenance issues are starting to show. I stay here regularly and this is the second time I've had issues with a thermostat. The toilet wouldn't stop running because the flange wouldn't seal. There was a massive water leak in neighboring rooms as well.

The people working at the hotel are rude and not clear on the directions. Not efficient, informal and nto helpful.

Clean, many amenities, pool, hot tub, cafe, restaurant, great location

No smart tv in room, very loud music in lobby, was not greeted by bellman when we pulled up, we had to hunt him down to get our bags up to the room

Great location, good and clean rooms, nice beds, good gym with new equipment, and arcade room. 10/10

Pay $37 for parking, no good, most hotels in the area have free parking, also need electric cars charging stations.
