The elevator not working properly

The location was ok.
The room wasn’t ready even though we were there at check in time. The couch in the room smelled terrible. The room came with a kitchen but had no dishes or utensils. The A/C unit in the bedroom didn’t seem to work like it should. The shower stall was so tight I could barely turn around and I am a petite woman. The jacuzzi tub was a joke. You would need a step ladder to get in and out. This hotel really should consider a remodel job.
