The staff are all kind and welcoming.

The room, while big and comfortable, is a little cold and not too new.

Relaxing and plenty of options for excitement. Loved that you could book excursions right on site.

The Buffet food is definitely not the best quality (too many deep fried options). Beach is beautiful but not safe to swim as current is strong, the water has a lot of seaweed and there are big stones which get thrown by waves causing injuries

I did not like that we can only schedule one a la cart restuarant. Also didn't like the lack of privacy in the bathroom. See through doors does not provide any privacy

Grounds were nice.

Pool swim up bar closed and it is not due to Covid. My wife and I are in Mexico for a month and prior two resorts the swim up bar was open. When I inquired they said it was a state law which is simply untrue. No staff available for drink orders.

Great room, restaurants, grounds, staff and location.

Buildings and all facilities are well maintained. Staff is friendly and courteous. Activity schedule is good.

Transportation I wish they will have something set up already or make sure to let visitors how it works. I will call and verify but they will ask me to call diferentes numbers at the end I got transportation from the airport

There were an abundance of places to eat and places to get a drink. The staff was outstanding, the most friendliest folks that you could ever meet! Lots to do and see, and a huge complex.

On a eu deux lit double collé au lieu d'un grand lit king. pour un couple c'est pas très confortable de dormir dans deux lit séparé avec deux draps et deux couverture.

Spending time with my wife. , the food was great I was disappointed in my room.

Lizards and geckos we're getting in their room. I had to ask for a new room. In my new room there were bugs all over the bathroom. When I tried to explain to the staff they seem to not care. I felt like I should have gotten some type of apology or compens

there are lot of things we didn't like. 1. exorbitant additional charges for kids staying in adults room 2. buffet (lot of choices but not good in any) 3. room's broken (no heater works, no hot water, spills from shower n no drain on floor) 4. liquor

The access to the beach was perfect. It was very friendly and the food was fantastic.

The pool water was cold to the point you couldn't swim in it. We had to switch rooms as the hot water went out for four days and they kept saying it would be fixed in two hours. When the air conditioning went we moved rooms and the new room was fabulous

We didnt realize it was 30-35 min past playa del carmen which is about 30-40 min from Cancun. I would highly recommend to rent a car for convenience purposes. Also do research ahead of time and be prepared to figure things out yourself...

food was average at best at the buffet and the restaurants. Left one restaurant after taking one bite. Everything was lukewarm. Only reason we wanted to go home was for a good meal.
