Nice large room, Friendly staff, good location.

Nice location, hotel in good shape

People checked in on our last night in 2 rooms beside us. Look , party like atmosphere beginning at 5 pm. I told the front desk and when we returned they were quieter but then beginning at 3 am people were coming in/ out of these rooms making noise.

Spacious, comfortable, clean. The staff was very accommodating.

Listening to a 5? history and description of the hotel when I just wanted to speak to the front desk was somewhat perplexing.

I have stayed in this boutique hotel before and really enjoyed my stay. Orchard Hotel is beautiful, very clean, the staff is welcoming, the beds are comfortable, the use organic products, and it?s a centrally located lovely hotel.

Perfect location in nob hill. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Great service, great location, extremely clean and all facilities that I noticed were in great shape. I loved my stay and hope my business expands so I may visit again and stay at The Orchard Hotel!

Gym is very bad..one guest room converted to a gym with 3 machines that don't fit well...

Location was perfect: Just a 5 min walk to Union square and Chinatown was really just around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpfull. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast! Great selection of (healthy) food which was prepared in such way it makes me want to have breakfast here every day :-) So compliments to the kitchen.

Just a small note we though could be better: There are 4 pillows on each bed. Unfortunately, they were all the same, so there was no choice in "softness / firmness".

The windows, that do not open

The hotel is quite old but it's very clean and it doesn't smell old. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has good location, near the Union Square shopping area. I enjoyed the whole experience and I will definitely come back.
