Orchard Hotel

Location, every person I talked to from the hotel were nice and helpful, the rooms are very spacious, great bed, nice having water and ice stations, and a good strong internet. It’s so clean! ❤️❤️

A comfortable hotel, but slightly lacking facilities - restaurant, bar etc. And therefore an absence of atmosphere.

Large clean room with very comfortable bed and linen / pillows. Central location and close to the World Famous Sears Restaurant near Union Square. All staff were super friendly at all times

Nothing to dislike

Stayed there for a night before flying back home from San Francisco. Very nice property, great staff at the front! The room is large, pretty clean and has all the necessary things available. Easy to get to and in a pretty good neighborhood, which is surprising considering it's a block or so away from Union Square.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight as i got into SFO late from another American City and had a plane to catch the next morning. This hotel is about 20km from the airport and in morning traffic around 830am it took less than 30 minutes to drive there. i booked a room with twin beds so my buddy who picked me up from the airport and who would drive me to the airport the next morning, would have a place to stay too. This hotel is walking distance from Union Square, Lori's Diner, Pinecrest Diner, The Saloon and many interesting shops and restaurants. There is also parking along the street or a public carpark building. (you just have to move your car from the street by 7am before the meter maid and her tow truck arrive promptly at 7am :). The room was spacious, the twin beds very comfortable. The bathroom sizeable with the basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer and body lotion. The hand held shower was the only thing that looked worn, but the water pressure was fine. i can't comment on any of the other facilities in the hotel or any breakfast because my stay was very short and i didn't look for or use them. i found the price for the hotel room very reasonable and it's a good place if you just want a nice comfortable and clean and spacious hotel to spend the night, that's close to the heart of the city, and not too far to get to the airport.

Big, quiet, comfy rooms. Coffee machine was new for good coffee in the morning. Location can't be beat for a work trip when you want to be close to good restaurants and shopping.

I wish there was a water station on each floor. I always forgot to fill up before I went upstairs. They are leaning in on water conservation and sustainability. No water bottles in your room (which is great!) You are given a glass bottle to refill.

Great location and comfort

Perfect location – sightseeing, trams, and the city center are all just steps away. The neighborhood is clean and calm, with plenty of great breakfast spots nearby. Inside, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Staff communication could be improved – the daily deposit policy wasn’t clearly explained, and I had to ask for clarification. Breakfast isn’t included and is rather expensive if added separately. The bed was much softer than expected.
