The staff were very welcoming and kind. The environment and ambiance was calming and the room was gorgeous, will definitely be returning, we really enjoyed our stay.

had ants in the room, swarmed the leftover pizza box overnight. Fellow was programming electronics device outside our room the incessant beeping from his line entries had occur for over an hour starting at 9 AM

My Room 350 was tucked away in the corner obstructing view.

The rooms re very well taken care of and comfortable. The amount of space is nice and comfortable. I love a room with a bath!

The manager and front desk worker were outstanding. The view from the room was from a movie. I wish we had stayed three more days. It was such a wonderful hotel with a fantastic location.

Loved the location and the room

The staff were not friendly and definitely not what you expect when paying luxury hotel prices. They definitely need training in customer service, especially the older gentleman working in the evenings. He was cold and rude.

Nice area, peaceful at night.

For a 4 star hotel that charges a resort fee, they lacked a lot. At least the staff didn't tell us we could use the common areas. Our room was nice, comfortable. The sink had a big crack.

The hotel was medioce at best .. the room had no balcony as shown , it did mention it would be a disabled room .. but description did not say you will get only a shower, no bath! And with the shower it was like going to a cheap gym! Terrible

The location is perfect for a visit to Sausalito. You can walk to everything.

Charging for wifi over 1Gb use, the spa was not open, finding a masseuse was impossible, no lotion in the bathroom was a negative for me.

Good location and nice appearance

Very disputed to book this room at $--- a night, and then have them surprise me at checkout with an additional $25 hotel fee. Very cheesy thing to do; nickel and dime, cheesy thing to do.

The hotel was clean and modern. The air conditioner worked well. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. There were robes.

We were told we would have a "courtyard" view, but our window looked out to a wall and drainage pipe. The bed and all pillows were rock hard and the bed squeaked. I had a backache the next day. The room was dark and stark. No artwork.
