The hotel allowed dogs.

One of the pillows had signs of bedbugs, walls and electrical components had signs of damage, hallways and lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Nothing good at this hotel. Everything so filthy from the entrance to the room. Strong smell of cigarette smoke all over the place. I can¿t breathe coz I¿m sensitive to smoke. I was told that mostly trucker stay there. Worst hotel ever.

Air and place just filthy. Never like a single thing.

A place to sleep

Toilet broken, wall plugs exposed and broken, lamp had broken bulbs with sharp glass still in the sockets, beds were just thrown together with covers

Courteous and friendly staff

The cleanliness is just so bad. Dirty carpet, bathroom, and dilapidated room.

The location was the only positive. Bed quilt had big obvious holes. One drawer was full of misc junk. Hotel was a consruction crew hangout. Very bad experience

I left a folder in my room that contained several important irreplaceable documents along with $1,000. After I checked out, they called me and let me know. Every thing was in the folder. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Customer service is great. Refund fully.

Dirty. Smell very bad. Dust taped chair. Stain carpet. Very bad layout.

Rooms are spacious, staff very nice, let me check in early. Beds comfy. Have stayed here several times, always had a good experience. One of the lowest prices in the area, can't beat it.

The woman that checked us in was very very nice.

One wall was a press board that was chipped and scratched. The headboards on both beds was peeling. One of the wall outlets sparked when my wif tried to plug her phone charger into it. No maid service on Tuesday.

Just the location.

Went into the room to check it out, Tried to use the sink faucet and it came off and slid across the counter. Not happy at all.I took it to front desk and they tried to fix it.

Everything was very old,tv was very old and not clear,stain on outside bed spread.very pricey for out date room.had alot cheaper rooms that wereup to date

Room smelled like smoke. Hair dryer missing. Stains on pillowcase and down side of bed skirt (looked like blood). Vinyl on headboards of bed mostly torn off. Most of vinyl on seat and back of desk chair worn off. Thin, stained towels. Halls filthy.

Location. Easy to find. Easy off/on nearby highway.

Beadspread was filthy when we arrived. Looked like dried vomit was on it. They did switch it out for us after we pointed it out. Everything was filthy though. Bathroom was scuzzy and poorly maintained. All things reeked of smoke even though non smoking

not enough heat in the room. I was able to use the second blanket from the other bed - if I hadn't had that option it would have been too cold to sleep.

the price is right. front desk workers are excellente. The location is good.

The breakfast is free however, I am not sure how they can make eggs taste sooo bad. There are some long term guests that makes the place look bad. BUt that is how housing issues is affecting everything elses. BUt the majority of guests were out of state.

No hot water for the three days we where there. Talk to other guests and they said mo hot water all week.

Price.

Could use some sprucing up somewhat dark and dingy hallways and rooms. Ice maker was not operating.

Location.

Looks like they've made updates to the hotel just need to stay on top of cleaning. The ice machine that I used was old and moldy.

The location was great it was close to very good restaurants

This is not a new hotel, yes, it shows wear in some places, stains in others. BUT.....I cranked the temp down to 58 degrees, crawled in the rack, and had the quietest nights sleep in years. That means a lot when you are on the road. Wife loved the place.

Get there early for the breakfast buffet.
