Great location

The Hotel was in a great location. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would definatley stay again.

Location is great, close to where we needed to be for an appontment

Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The only complaint was Saturday morning, game day, the shower water never got hot. There was a lot of people there for the Vols game.

Great location. Clean sheets and towels. Room needs attention. Lamp did not work. Paint chips. Rust on bathtub. Hooks on bath door which cause scratches on arms. Air on vent hood in room rather than thermostat on the wall. They should alert you on check/in. When I came in from dinner, there were about 6 people at the front. Appeared to be friends of staff. This hotel needs work and staff needs lesson in professionalism. I found it to be ridiculous given I was charged $200 a night.

Air conditioning unit leaking water and room smelled musty.

Location was good for highway access. It was quiet and clean.

Only restaurant was a Waffle House nearby. I told reception on my way out to eat that my door didn’t close on its own. I thought that was a fire code requirement. Also, the blackout curtains in that room were too small for the window! Maddening since the parking lot lights were clear after 10 pm.
