Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay hereThis was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The bathroom was filthy, the bathtub was covered in slime, and they couldn’t even bother to properly hang or secure the shower curtain. The bedsheets were dirty, the ceiling was full of mold, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and humidity. The smell was unbearable.This place is not just uncomfortable — it is unhygienic and unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate, let alone be listed on Booking.com. I am extremely disappointed that Booking still accepts reservations for a hotel in this condition.I strongly warn anyone reading this: do not stay here. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and health risk. This hotel should be removed from booking platforms until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.

The location was good. That's about it.

First room 311, smelled like mold. So, moved to 415 and it wasn't much better. Went down for breakfast and there was nothing in the serving trays. So, got cereal, which was stale. Then, some cold eggs were brought out, and told to microwave them. No orange juice. Ice machine was moldy, and ice that came out, also had specs of dirt, or mold in it.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and massaging thanks to the lovely showerhead. It's in a great location as there's both an IHOP and a Perkins within walking distance, and there's plenty of other stores, and restaurants close by. It's minutes from I-4, International Dr and the Disney parks.

The breakfast was horrible. It was mostly a Continental breakfast. So we went to IHop instead.

Spacious room.

Sheets were worn and old. A section was "yellowed and so thin you could almost see through. Toilet paper was the cheapest that could be found. Music was blasting through a speaker by the elevator. Three times during our stay I had to go to customer service and ask that it be turned down because we could hear it in our room. The ice maker was out of order so we had to take the elevator to the first floor and go to the end of the hallway to get ice. On our first night another guest was having a fight with someone. This went on for at least 1/2 hour. It was around 9 pm. There didn't seem to be any security staff on the premises. I didn't feel safe walking out of our room during the time this was going on. Some Breakfast items weren't fresh, like the Danish pastries.

Staff was friendly,helpful & very nice. Clean place an close to everything.. offer breakfast & shuttle service to major parks.

Breakfast could have been better (choices were limited). Breakfast stuff was basically finish early.

The location was good. The staff was great from the time I checked in and out.

Everything was okay. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was polite.

The AC was not working properly. The bed had a questionable stain on it, the room reeked of mold or mildew, the chair had a questionable stain on it. The shower curtain rod was rusted and dirty. I thought running the AC would help with the scent, lucky it was only 1 night. I think it’s time for some updates and deeper cleanings.
