Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was great for the price, but I would upgrade next time. The fridge barely worked, and I would prefer to control my AC rather than have it constantly turn on and off. It was loud.

expecting the location on the beach or atleast walkable distance but its far, need car to reach at boardwalk / beach. Also ocean view was not that as expected since hotel is arpund 1.5 mile away from beach.

Room and view

No hot water at all. Took cold showers. Staff did not offer any discount for this.

Room was dirty on desktop, dresser and side tables with some type of sticky grime. Carpet was dirty and stained.

Was a good location for not being on the beach.

Room outdated, shower had low pressure cause the knob half worked.

They placed customers across the hall from a planned party, then refused to quiet the party at 1AM. They simply said ?you can complain to the supervisor tomorrow.?

This hotel makes you feel as if you are an essential person. They treat you with professionalism that many hotels ... scratch that many businesses have forgotten. Customer Service is vital and they have it down pat.

Everything closes so early. There should be somewhere in the hotel where you can sit and have a drink until 2am. Or at least after midnight.

Yes that I was woke up at 4 in the morning to the sound of there pipes making a loud humming sound because someone was running water and the managers didn¿t seem to care

The staff was all excellent.

Location since we have always stayed on the beach. We had no hot water the day before we were to check out. However, the Hotel did say we would be credited for the Friday night. I assume we will receive credit on our credit card.

The location and the lobby. It was also clean.

We ended up having to get one of the mattresses in our double bed room switched out due to it being bouncy like a trampoline and no other rooms being available. Also, for the entire duration of my trip, hundreds of dollars were held in limbo on my account

Location

Shower area was clogged & took 90 minutes to clear the clog due to resource shortage. We were wet & have to wait for 90 mins to take shower before we can go for dinner. The staff was not helpful, rude, & the response was not customer service oriented.

The hotel was clean well maintained & only walking distance to the beach

The pool was small & not enjoyable

This hotel should not be list as a 4 star as my room was very dirty upon arrival I wish I didn't pay so much for such a nasty hotel the staff didn't clean properly and I was missing towels thankfully I brought it own

The hotel check in was easy n customer service was great.

I went to have dinner and as I was sitting down I noticed the server eating from the food station then bringing out my food to me. The chef dropped something on the food station, picked it up and popped it in his mouth. I lost my appetite & left.

Clean nice bar and restaurant on site.

We LOVE the ocean view room. The "skyline" at night is especially so beautiful. The lights, the ferris wheel, the ocean - everything.

I guess the fact that it's at the beach.

We were told that we would have an ocean view.That's stretching false advertisement The pillows are horrible.It's like having a sheet of paper in a pillow case.We ask for more one from 2 different pillows and were told they wil be brought to the room nop
