Location is perfect, will recommend to others.

The property was very walkable for the area. Price was reasonable for the quality of the stay.

Location was a large highlight. The staff was very friendly and was willing to supply free waters or towels whenever asked.

The location was nice

The room was hot and no matter how many times we tried to cool it off we couldn’t. We had to buy a box fan. The elevators were sketchy. The staff was not very friendly, and you have to pay $10 a night to park in their parking garage without exceptions. I wouldn’t stay here again for what I paid.

I like the amount of garage parking. My family and I came for the cheer extreme event. This hotel was three minutes away driving distance and a 10 minute walking distance. 15 minutes away from the mall !! The restaurant on site was good. Breakfast is nice. This hotel actually listens to the privacy sign. They didn’t bother us all weekend. It was very quiet although there were other vistors. Become a member.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

Very clean, welcoming. My husband and I had a couples weekend and my room attendant made 2 towel animals in shape of a heart. Very awesome hotel

Good location, good beds, indoor pool

No hot water, and we weren't warned at check-in. When we called the front desk to ask, they told us it was fixed but it wasn't. The next morning, we were told again it was "just fixed this morning" when checking out and were not offered any kind of compensation.Pool was cloudy.

The size of the room was decent and clean except for the ceiling panel in the bathroom kept falling down. INDOOR POOL!!!! The hotel's proximity to the beach, restaurants and night life was awesome, great walkability.

I didn't like the fact that I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am, to advise the staff that this day was my anniversary. I was traveling from out of town for an event at the hotel and was hoping to check in a little early. I was told that I could check in between 11 am-12 pm, then 1:00 pm. I sat in the hotel lobby while my friends and other families there for the event were checked in already! I ended up being able to check in at 3:15 pm only 45 minutes prior to the actual check-in time. Needless to say, my anniversary was ruined because I had to be back at the hotel by 6 pm for the event I was scheduled to be there for. So for my 24th wedding anniversary, I was only able to have a 1 hour and 15-minute meal with my husband after arriving at the hotel at 6:30 am. I swore I would never stay at another Sheraton again, but I promise this is the last time. This is my third incident that has happened like this, starting with my honeymoon! I felt the wait was intentional! I guess the housekeeping staff could not be alerted that a customer was there waiting on a room...I guess that was too much thinking outside of the box huh? And just for the record, this hotel was chosen only because it was the host hotel for the event I was attending.
