- This was the best hotel stay I've experienced. It is a familly run hotel with excellent cooks and great amenities such as a really clean and inviting pool and a nice balcony. I like the traditional decore as well. In their restaurant, I ordered a rare steak. Perfectly rare from edge to edge. I ordered oven cooked fresh fish from Tarifa. Perfectly done. Octopus for lunch, amazing. And do yourself a favor, try their sweet and sour salad with goat cheese. I ordered it three times it was so good. I was constantly impressed by how well they take care of the hotel and their guests. My room had a great view of the nearby mountains. I swam in the pool several times to cool off as it was summertime. And this hotel was a couple minutes walk from the windsurfing school I attended during the stay.
- The hotel staff was very supportive during the black out, the hotel has a generator. There is a nice garden with swimming pool. In 5 minutes by car you reach Tarifa.
Cons -
- The only thing I would like to add is the breakfast could have been a little more variety however it was very reasonably priced Also a little more variety on the dinner menu as not everyone eats fish or beef Other than that the place is great
- There does not seem to be a local bus that stops along the main road, so I took a taxi more than I would have likes since Tarifa taxis are a bit more expensive than the other Spanish towns I've visited. This obviously is of no fault of the hotel.
- The breakfast could be improved ( no eggs or juice).Rooms need a refurbish.

Lovely clean room with an excellent pool just across the road from the beach.
Free car parking, lovely pool and friendly staff. Very good price.
Very pretty in a beautiful location location, the staff was friendly and there was not a lot of people around and the pool area had very few people which is the best feeling ever!
Nice rooms, good bed, clean and quiet
Nice place. Nice garden. Clean room. Nice stuff. Cross the big street was ocean with the beach. It's not far from Tarifa.
Great staff and food. Rooms very comfortable
Very nice accommodation for this price and staff was also very friendly. In the summer months, you can enjoy the swimming pool.
Everything was perfect, but I would add a kettle and cups to the room. And wine glasses as well. :)
Nice and simple accommodations. Staff in the restaurant/bar were friendly.
Not sure why it’s rated 3 star, perhaps because there is a restaurant? The room is definitely 2 star.
Beautiful landscaping, and it feels like a cute hacienda. The staff was very nice and VERY hardworking!
Only complaint was the mattresses are too firm
Lovely surroundings perfect for the beach great rooms and a good restaurant
Clean , friendly staff.good value .good food
It served our purpose as somewhere to stay
There was no wifi even though the booking site said there was, and you had to cross a busy main road to access the beach.
Nice room with a balcony, clean, and has AC. Close proximity to La Pena park with beautiful trees, and close to the beach. The staff were helpful and kind - they helped us hail a taxi for the ferry, and cleaned our room every day. Lovely surrounding. We didn’t try the food. The only downside was the one elongated pillow - it was uncomfy.
Nice breakfast for just 5 euro.Swimming pool and sun beds available on the back side of the garden. Nice for childrenRestaurant on side as wellPosition close to the beach side. Just 5 km from Tarifa. Easy parking
Quite difficult and a little bit dangerous cross the national road in front to the property to enter into the beach side area.
This is a lovely, authentic Spanish hotel. Nice clean , basic room. Lovely swimming pool, nice restaurant with friendly staff.
The road between the hotel and beach is terrifying. I hope the bypass currently being built will make it safer.
The bungalow had a mini fridge inside, which was perfect. Tranquil place, a dream, to be honest. Perfect for kids. The pool was amazing, with unlimited access.Rooms were cleaned with new towels and bedsheets daily.Amazing restaurant with great breakfast and staff. We will definitely visit again.
Shower water was so hot you could burn yourself, so be careful!
The pool and the patio.
The first night the noise from the motorcycle group (16) that arrived in the afternoon and later arrived back very late proceeded to continued their partying disrupting our sleep. The second night the same thing but it was another group of very loud until 12:30 - 1:00. My husband finally got up and told them to be respectful of others trying to sleep.
The hotel was very clean and well looked after. Everything in the room worked as it should. The shower pressure was great. The bed was really comfortable. The air conditioning was lovely. Rooms had beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It was also very close to fantastic beaches and within a few minutes driving of Tarifa.
The WiFi signal was poor.
