- The pool was closed, I wasn’t notified until it was too late to cancel. The room had hair in the bed, a roach in the shower. The fridge did not work, carpet was dirty. Staff was not accommodating.
- Breakfast supposedly free.. they wanted money for the "breakfast:" of water, juice or coffee. Was of course supposed to be free with my stay..
