Service in the restaurant. I had to wait for 15 minutes before the waitress came, she brought the wrong order after the next 15 minutes (just a drink), could not put the bill on my room so I had to go to my room to get the money. The waitress was arrogant

The room is large, quiet and clean. The bathroom was large too. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway, it is easy to access other destinations.

The free parking place is small and usually occupied.

The assistance offered by one of the receptionists to help me with ensuring a Coolblue.com order would arrive at the hotel. Exemplary! I also had a wonderful breakfast.

Dinner was a disappointment. I had asked that the beef would be 'medium', yet it was well-done. And not tender at all... Also, the bream was very, very salty.

Location is perfect. Next to the zoo. There is bus easy to city center. They can rent bike Even with babychair.

The tissue and handzeep finish. They do not refill. We asked to clean the room and then they did not give any new tower.All van der valk hotel has terrible centra air system. Its not friendly with people who has allergy.

The bar service and staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

There were delays with housekeeping, limited television options, i.e., no options for Netflix, YouTube etc

Lovely and clean in all areas, very well decorated and dressed. Food in restaurant was excellent for evening meal and also breakfast .

My only one criticism would be only one small body wash for 2 people especially in the height of summer, maybe forfeit the body lotion and give an extra body wash.

Everything went well as expected. Room was spacious and neat. Breakfast was very good. Lots of varieties to choose from. Facility was good with close proximity to places of interest. Overall all, it was good. Did not have much time to explore as my plane schedule changed

Arrived by bike as we were cycling the Rhine and this was our last stop. We were able to store our bikes just off reception and the staff were really helpful. Great breakfast too.

Breakfast was brilliant

Woken up at 6am by what appeared to be diy or cleaning noise which was denied when reported to staff. The noise was almost constant 6-9am ( sanding down, hoovering or plastering noise)

Quite and clean, convenient for a walk to the zoo

The hotel is clean and the area is quiet. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. Thank you and will stay again here for sure!

The shower is too hard to turn, my husband have to help me out and even then he’s struggling. I hope that fixed soon.

Quiet, no hustle and bustle of city noise. Right next to the zoo. Nice rooms and nice facilities. You can walk to Rotterdam shopping but it’s not a short walk.

The most I liked the restaurant, silence in the room and the area around really green calm and close to the centrum.

The room was long time earlier cleaned i believe, because the desk was with dust and shower was not clean, the smell was not fresh in the room.

Cleanliness of the room. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. 2 single thin mattresses that kept sliding to the sides. I fell in the middle once. I kept having to adjust the matress and myself. It was not comfortable.
