Best Western Prime Inn & Suites

Up to date, very clean, decorated for Valentines, breakfast was excellent, available coffee in main entrance/check-in area 24/7 and it smelled great! Room was very comfortable, clean and a lot of space. I wish there would’ve been a laundry bag for dirty clothes wand a larger more sturdy ice bucket tho. All in all, a very positive experience! Staff was very gracious & friendly.

Ice bucket was tiny & flimsy.

It was a good place to stay one night as a stop in our way to Arkansas.

Lied about the pool and hot tub and drinks was way to high priced

Coffee was pretty good at the breakfast room (cold creamer there would be a plus), and there was a decent selection though, as with many places, nothing special. A small flock of the state bird, scissor-tailed flycatcher, made a lovely appearance swooping and calling in the trees around the parking lot. Sweet little diner called Boomerang is just across the street, one minute walk over. DoorDash available for in-room eats from other places. Location on main street was quiet and easy access.

Staff may have been overworked, we saw one person a lot and she seemed worn out. Kind enough. It's a problem in our hospitality industry across the country.
