- I was booked for the Hyatt Regency. Upon check in, I was told there were no rooms available. Wait. What? I had to stay at another Hyatt property down the street, which is NOT the hotel I wanted/needed to stay at. The entire experience was a disaster!

The tv system. no Hispanic Chanel For old people is difficult pair the phone with the tv.
