Big spacious room, comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was a little stinky. Got overcharged for pet fee but check out noticed it and corrected it. Overall good stay!

The best aspect of my stay was the staff, especially the fellow, Chris, who greeted me when I arrived late after driving from the airport in thick fog and Megan, who bid me farewell when I left and gave me directions. I observed Megan who was very kind as she attended to an elderly gentleman at breakfast who was having trouble with his hearing appartus. Chris and Megan were warm, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The housekeeping staff were great, too! Also, the bed was so comfortable. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet so I was able to rest when I really needed it. Breakfast was delicious and I liked the variety of what was offered. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you so very much.

These are suggestions, not complaints. I wish there was a welcoming binder or folder in the room with basic information, such as when breakfast was served on weekdays and weekends. The staff told me at the front desk but I'd forgotten when I got to the room. Maybe a laminated map of OKC of attractions and nearby eateries. Although, there were plenty of brochures about area attractions downstairs. I truly loved my stay! Thank you.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very helpful and kind. The sheets and pillows are so soft and comfortable. Slept great

The ceiling lights in the room are too bright. It would be nice if they were on a dimmer.

The rooms were clean, keurig coffee machine in room, soap dispensers in shower/bathroom, large tv w/ lots of channels. These are some of the reasons I stay at Holiday Inn Express.

The hot breakfast items as well as oatmeal was empty. I waited a few minutes to see if they would be refilled and when they were not I asked that they would be. The staff said sure but looked inconvenienced. When they finally refilled the eggs, biscuits, and gravy they refilled the dirty steam trays. (Health code violation.) the lobby bathroom was disgusting and out of toilet paper. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they made excuses.

The place was well maintained and the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and personable.

The beds were kind of hard.
