The bed was comfortable.

Two roaches were found, 1 alive, 1 dead. Coffee should be provided free of charge during stay.

Homey, indoor and outdoor pools, fire pit. Great for walking. An all around place for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We had to leave.

Setting was nice!

Shower faucet had to be repaired, carpet needed replacing.

Our balcony was on the parking side, what I absolutely didn¿t expect. We booked this hotel because it has a beautiful view of montane. It was very disappointing. Staff was not professional. Was no help to upgrade my room. Bathroom had hair in the tub

Cleanliness, well maintained property, friendly front end staff.

Cell service very spotty or none unless outside on Verizon, understandable with location, but provide excellent wifi instead of poor. Inform guests that striped pool towels are required, not just available at pool or risk harassment from staff.

The kitchen was well provisioned with quality items. A/C was gentle and quiet. Liked having a fireplace, though gas is not as nice as wood burning. There was plenty of room. Staff was quick to respond to any need.

No filtered water, even on refrigerator ice maker. Not close to anything, 20 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Very little to do on property; golf course, swimming pool, volleyball net, billiard tables, coin operated air hockey. Wished for a walking path.

Amenities were only available until 10:45 pm. Staff was pushy about investing in the resort. The hot water in the shower only lasted 10 minutes max. The rooms were not as nice and up to date as I would¿ve wanted.

Very relaxing, great pools. Not in the middle of all the touristy stuff

Cant say just one thing cause i liked everything about this hotal and it will be the one i stay at every chance i get definitely the best experience i have ever had room was top notch bed was the most comfortable the location was great just everything.

It was peaceful.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My back hurt the entire week and didn't get much sleep because of it. There was mold around the jacuzzi. There was dust on the dresser, tvs and night stands. There was trash left on the balcony from a previous tenant.

Its a nice place to stay and somewhat secluded. Just like staying in a miniature house.

Me and my fiance weren't able to sleep in the same bed together as it was advertised as a queen bed but was only a full size bed. This was an aggrevation to us both so I had to take the pull out couch. Also would be nice to have recliners in the room.

It’s off the beaten path but that’s exactly what we wanted. Quiet, serene and relaxing. It was clean and had everything you could want.

The location was beautiful, however it is not in Gatlinburg.

The pushy timeshare salespeople disguised as hotel staff “concierge”. Honestly the bait and switch guised as hospitality was very off putting and completely ruined the experience. I paid for a finer experience, what I received was a pushy hard sel

Yes- I got harassed by the concierge to join a timeshare presentation. I said "no,thank you" about 4 times before I walked away. I was only staying one night, alone with my 11 year old daughter. Entirely inappropriate and too aggressive.

Nice, updated rooms. Very clean. We liked the pool and playground.

The condition of the golf course is not great.

Beautiful area. It is a few mins out of town and a lot less congested.

This is a timeshare property and they will ask you to visit other properties but they were not rude or pushy about it.

The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was out of town but still only a short drive to all of the fun things downtown. The staff were super friendly and even left a gift and a card in our room since we were there to get married.

The room was quite small but still efficient. I would have really enjoyed clean towels each day without being charged for them.

The location was great! It was like being in an apartment. Guest services was very accomodating and helpful.
