The pool

The hotel had hidden charges, poor communication, and unsanitary conditions. Clearer policies and better quality control would help.

Many dining options, overall setup of the resort, and since I like a lot of walking, I was pleased we were in the very last villa and had to walk for about 20 minutes to reach the main resort area building. There were drivers in golf carts too.

When we asked resort employees what area of the resort offered stuff to do at night, they?d say there was nothing at the resort, then offer to get us into a night club or bar off-resort; this was an odd and uncomfortable suggestion to us.

Staff is amazing and the beaches are beautiful.

The food was just ok. Restaurant staff was excellent and service was great but the food could be better. Steakhouse was the best and I?d recommend going there.

Everything! The food was terrible! I was expecting to cerebrate/party for my birthday, that didn?t happen! False advertising. No club! Cheap liquor offered. I was completely bored and had to spend more money to leave the resort for fun and good food!

Very clean

Did not have the best system to request a shuttle around the grounds, too much of a sloped grounds.

The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location and views of the ocean were nice. Usually could find a golf cart to catch a ride across the property.

The travel club sales staff had trouble understanding not interested. Every restaurant had reservation issues and food shortages. In the morning, there was always a line waiting for bacon. Many in our group had room issues (water leaks) and had to move.

The food not being very vegetarian friendly unless you are a raw eater or like rice/pasta. Staff was pushy on tips.

The room

The hotel staff was not friendly and did not try to accommodate us in any way as we lost ac and water for a day. We were told to use water bottles to shower/ bathe.

The grounds are beautiful, the covered walkways are appreciated, the app was brilliant & the coffee shop was fantastic!

They need an ELEVATOR & a better system for their shuttles.

The location was okay

The hotel wasn¿t that clean, food was nasty, we got there they told us we couldn¿t eat at any restaurants cause we needed reservations and they didn¿t have any, pools closed at 6 with one pool closing at 10. Drinks was horrible. Rooms need to be updated.

Room service takes very long . Should have more snack options at poolside. Food service at sports bar extremely slow. Takes over about two hours for wings and a hotdog / hamburger/ fries

The check in process was very slow . The staff was very slow and lacked experience with providing service especially in the restaurants. It took more than 2 hours seated to get a meal in the restaurants . In the open eating areas also it took a long time

Not enough pool and beach chairs. Wait times for restaurants were often very lengthy.

I like the view, pool, location¿. Beach ¿¿ ¿and Friday night buffet diner¿ was amazing

Overall was A- need more upgrades on rooms, like plumbing fixtures and room cleaning. We have 1 year old baby and she dropped a toy under the bed (omg) was a lot of dust¿.

The entire staff was nice, the resort had many food options and the location was great.

I would recommend investing in more comfortable beds, they were hard and truly uncomfortable to sleep on.
