- The staff was very accommodating.
- The concierge was wonderful and helped us with a big problem we had. Very nice lounge and bar area. Comfy room and beds.

- The 2 inch step up into the bathroom. I either stubbed my toes going in or nearly falling stepping out.
- I, personally, HATE feather pillows. I know many places think that adds something extra, but I hate them and they are always to flat and have no support. I wish they would have had a choice in the room. Two being feather, two being a standard pillow.
- I asked for a quiet room. The room I was given was across from the DLR metro I asked to conserge desk to print my PCR test results. They gave me a copy of another guest.

The staff was very accommodating.

Nice location
