Hotel was beautiful. Staff were super friendly.
Shower water was cold. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were falling off shower walls. Housekeeping was knocking at 8am and then just let herself in when I didn't answer directly because I was asleep.

Very clean and welcoming, staff very pleasant. Room was very clean, extra towels and amenities were provided. Bathroom was spacious.

My experience at this location has been great! I have stayed at this location twice and have 0 complaints! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Great amenities! Very convenient! Location surrounds some great restaurants and things to do! The Bistro/Starbucks inside has good food and a friendly staff! Love love love the outside fire pit! A Lot of people complained about the housekeeping only come when you need them but I actually appreciate that. Wish the inside pool was open but was closed due to maintenance which is understandable and that definitely doesn't drop my rating at all! 10/10 will recommend and will return!
