No hot tub and found out only 2 drinks per person instead of unlimited

The place is very nice. The staff were all very kind and professional.
They didn’t have room service. You have to request fresh towels.

The breakfast was amazing! Our family looked forward to it every morning. Best omelettes and potatoes! The room was spacious and clean.
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room so it was hard to sleep with having hot flashes at night. I had to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance look at it the next day and have me a fan. The fan helped some but maintenance didn’t come.

Decent location. Beds were comfortable rooms were cleaned. Too many kids in the pool. They should have adult hours assigned.
There was too much construction going on throughout our 4 day stay. The elevator was broken. Only one elevator was available.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful. Our room was nice too!
The construction was a bit annoying but tolerable. We were missing extra sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed.
