Great location close to everything you need in walking distance

The pool - time for an upgrade

I had a room with a balcony and a view of the bay and of the pool - it was a beautiful view. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The only thing I don't like about the hotel is that it doesn't have the convenience or appeal of 'extras' - such as being served drinks or lunch at the pool. That may be a temporary matter as it appears the restaurant by the pool is being renovated. That is a minimal comment and I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great location, clean home away from home type of stay. All necessary amenities, very comfortable bed with great views.

It would be easier to have a ramp at the front of the building as well as steps - a ramp would make it easier to manoeuvre with luggage.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The view of the room was beautiful. The area the hotel is situated in is very nice.

My only issue was the internet. My room only had wifi coverage in the corner of the entire room otherwise neither my phone or laptop ever connected to the internet. Hence, I contacted the front desk to request a different room. They were very helpful in giving me 2 different rooms to first try and test the wifi, and they both had better connections albeit, the view of both of those alternative rooms were not like mine so I rejected it. Had it been for a room with an exact view I would've changed it. All in all the wifi was really bad. As an addition to the connection range, the speed was also very slow. The TVs are not smart TVs (you cant go on youtube, netflix, etc.) plus it had no cable connection in my room. So the tv was essentially a waste of space.There should have been cutlery in the room. At least few pairs of forks and knives for those who bring a snack or something into their hotel room.

Location was pretty good if you want to stay in Coconut Grove. Walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants, shops etc. Good room size albeit a little outdated. Breakfast was ok. Pool area is nice but there should be rules to prevent guests from playing their own music at will.

Room and decor felt cold. The TV system should be updated to reflect modern entertainment options such as netflix, phone casting etc.

Clean, it smelled very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious. The pool and Jacuzzi was clean as well. We only spent a few days here so didn’t really get to enjoyed it the way I wanted to.

The only criticism i could give them is.. the Valet was slow. We almost missed our dinner reservation because there was no one there.

Beautiful, quiet, room. Helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. Very comfortable work-out room and gorgeous roof-top pool.
