This hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was spacious and clean and bed very comfy. The staff was also very accommodating and allowed me to check in much earlier than the usual check in time, which was appreciated after coming off a cruise. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool which was clean and big.
The elevators were very slow. Room service food wasn’t great.

The hotel was great. The hot tub and steam room were very nice.

The location was safe, and the amenities were very nice. It was close to where I needed to be, and the staff friendly.

Great location, relatively walkable to areas of interest. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were also placed on the “quiet floor” and it was indeed very quiet – no issues with sound or falling asleep.
There was no full length mirror in the room.
