Clean and neat, comfortable bed

Bathroom has no fan. Breakfast not included for the price.

The location is great, staff was friendly, valet service was quick, room was clean and as expected.

The water temperature in the shower was very erratic; nice and warm one second, chilly the next, then scalding hot. Same for the sink. Valet was pricey but likely no more than any other hotel in the area.

Just that I saw people get water at the front desk but when I asked was told you can't do that and housekeeping have to bring it to you.

Very clean, friendly staff, loved the pool and spa, and a perfect location downtown. We parked overnight at Pacific Place next door for $30/night

The room was nice and a good size.

The TV system was awful and you couldn't watch anything...no sports and not even the local TV stations. It was pointless to even have it in the room. You got notices that things were expired in the system. ?? This hotel is very hard to find.

Very clean, new hotel in the center of Seattle. Very friendly staff.

The main hotel restaurant could open a couple hours earlier, since some of us would like more than a "coffee and bagel" at the mini coffee shop in the lobby.

Close to venue Pool was perfect.

Needs better signage. 2 Hyatts are same corner on Olive and 8th. Not a clear find with O8.

The restaurant options were disappointing. Parking at the hotel was wildly expensive.

Amenities are great in a walkable location!

Had a slight problem running cold water instead of hot, but the staff were very responsive and are working on a solution!

It was centrally located in downtown Seattle.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My back was sore the next morning. When I asked for a softer bed, they said all the beds were recently updated and all the same. Seems unlikely for a 4 star hotel! Also I was doubled charged and haven't been refunded!

The hotel was clean and in a great location for exploring Seattle. It was near light rail for easy access to airport. The area was safe.The staff was friendly and professional. There was water provided in the rooms and you could get more whenever.

Customer service was excellent. From the valet - bell man - front desk. All were great!

The room we had was on the 4th floor room 451 and the window view was unappealing. They could easily create a nicer view if they added some simple landscaping there.

Great location near nice restaurants and central to downtown. Clean, upscale rooms and nice spa with a sauna.

I wasn¿t greeted upon my arrival at the front desk, nor was I acknowledged the next morning. I guess the Seattle Freeze goes for hotels, too. Overall I felt conned by the high price of the rooms and parking (parking for $70+ per night?).
