• My daughter and I were harassed/assaulted by the staff. PCB police officers had to be called. Never received a refund or reimbursement, which was promised I would. Horrible service!
• It’s just amazing! it’s quiet , clean , very peaceful. amenities are good. just great.

• The beds are very uncomfortable, no way to contact front desk from your room no phones in the room had to make several trips to the front desk to get cookware, extra bedding on arrival day, which we did not arrive until late evening. The pool area needed attention. Each day we were there we had to make several trips for items we needed to refill in our room, such as towels, bedding, trash bags broom dustpan. We had two TVs in our room. They were both flat screen. One was a smart TV one was not. There is a little table and I would assume two chairs in the living area. Our room only had one chair and we needed two chairs. We had two small children with us so I had to go to front and request a second chair to be brought in our room. The best part about the whole experience was the view being right on the beach, as far as staff the maintenance gentlemen, Odell and the housekeeping staff, we’re all very kind always had a smile, and I always pleasant. Front desk I’m gonna say they was OK. The parking lot is very small so prepared to park across the street. They don’t offer a lot of handicap parking.
